Baking Soda & Water Help Neutralize Toxicity

Our world is filled with toxins. They’re in the air, on surfaces and even in our food supply. The reality is, we simply can’t escape our toxic environment.

That’s not to say we shouldn’t minimize (or neutralize) toxins and their effects on us. It almost goes without saying that we can make healthy choices, especially regarding ingesting poisonous chemicals and substances.

Admittedly, we can’t stop breathing and eating – two things required (yet also often rather toxic) for our survival.

These toxins have a nasty way of building up in our systems. They fog our brains, mess with our metabolism and wreak all kinds of havoc in our lives. Our bodies spend countless hours combatting them, sometimes losing the battle to chronic illness, cancer and numerous strange maladies, seeking only to heal us from the onslaught of everything that ails us.

Neutralize, neutralize, neutralize!

Simply mix ½ teaspoon baking soda in a glass of water and drink it all up…twice a day – not more than three times a day, and only for a short duration like a few consecutive days in a month, every couple of months or so…not even that much if you feel fine.

Then treat yourself to a very healthy diet – lots of dark green leafy vegetables, whole grains and lean meats. You get the idea.

Limit stress. Stretch more and sleep…yes, sleep. Your body needs sleep to heal itself. If you’re exhausted more than you should be, it’s time to switch things up and pay attention. Eat right and get the rest your body is begging you to give it. Detoxify, neutralize your system, super fuel your body with real food that has the vitamins and minerals your body craves, and start feeling healthy again.
